Abstract
“Lady Bits” is a collection of creative nonfiction essays attempting to bring taboo parts of the female experience into the spotlight. The intensely personal experiences of the speaker are often juxtaposed against examples of women across spatial and temporal borders. Topics discussed range from body hair removal and menstruation to sexual harassment.
